At Prairie Vision, we believe quality eyecare extends to every part of your experience, including your eyewear. From frames to lenses, we offer products backed by clear warranties and support to help you see with comfort and clarity.
Eyeglass Frames
All our ophthalmic eyewear comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects, such as:
- Paint chipping or discoloration
- Failure of spring hinges
- Issues at solder points
Please note: Manufacturer defects do not include damage from improper care, cleaning, or accidents.
Ophthalmic Lenses and Coatings
Our eyeglass lenses and coatings are leaders in the industry, designed to give you crisp, clear vision. All lenses carry a one-time replacement guarantee valid for one year from your purchase date for:
- Lens coating peeling
- Manufacturer defects
Not covered: Accidents (stepping or sitting on glasses, pet damage, extreme heat) or improper care/handling.
Important: Personal repairs or alterations by you or a third party, including the use of glue, may void your warranty.
Dr. Redo – Prescription Adaptation
Occasionally, patients may find it difficult to adapt to a new prescription. If your optometrist confirms a prescription change is needed, we offer a one-time, no-charge lens replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Adapt Redo
If your new lenses are not performing to your satisfaction within 30 days, we offer a one-time lens change to a design of equal value. Upgrades to higher-value lenses are available at your cost.
Changes to Open Eyewear Orders
To help ensure your eyewear is produced quickly and accurately, all orders are sent to an automated system at our lens vendor. Once your order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible.
